WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Rep. Fulcher has signed onto Reps. Jim Banks and Jackie Walorski’s letter requesting Attorney General William Barr to review whether any federal laws were violated in the gruesome discovery of more than 2,200 preserved fetal remains on the Illinois property of the recently deceased Dr. Ulrich “George” Klopfer. Dr. Klopfer is a known abortionist who practiced for decades in northern Indiana until 2015.
“I believe the discovery of so many aborted babies shows us how horrific this practice can be,” said Congressman Russ Fulcher. “I applaud my colleagues for bringing this to our attention.”
The letter by Members of Congress will consider whether there is a federal interest, such as learning whether any other individuals may have had knowledge or may bear any responsibility for the preservation and transfer of the remains, as well as if any state or federal laws were violated.
