WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Rep. Russ Fulcher has announced that Idaho’s First Congressional District Art Competition will continue digitally.

Rather than dropping off art at the Congressional Offices, or mailing it in, students are asked to take a high-resolution photo of the piece and send it, via email to by the submission date of Friday, April 24th. Each photo must be sent with a release form (found on Rep. Fulcher’s website here) to qualify for the competition.

All submissions will be featured on Rep. Fulcher’s website, and the winning piece will be displayed in-person in the U.S. Capitol at a later date.

For more information on the Congressional Art Competition qualifications and submission details, visit Rep. Fulcher’s website here.

Future competitions will return back to normal protocol of in-person evaluation of the art.
