WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Russ Fulcher (R-ID) has been selected by Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) to serve on three subcommittees: the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology; the Subcommittee on Environment, Manufacturing, and Critical Minerals; and the Subcommittee on Innovation, Data, and Commerce.
Rep. Fulcher released the following statement on his appointments —
“I want to thank Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers for appointing me to subcommittees of such great importance to my home state of Idaho. Since starting in Congress in 2019, I have worked intimately on issues relating to rural broadband access, strengthening our domestic supply chains, protecting free speech and data privacy from Big Tech excesses, and critical mineral exploration and development. As a member of these subcommittees, I look forward to advancing legislation that accomplishes these goals.”
