Congressman Fulcher on CR Vote
WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Congressman Russ Fulcher issued the following statement after voting against the revised American Relief Act, 2025:
“I voted against today’s Continuing Resolution because while it is legislation with good intent, it ultimately sends an invoice to future generations of Americans in the staggering amount of $110 billion for policy expenditures that could have been—and should have been—offset by spending cuts in other areas,” said Congressman Fulcher. “Congress must return to single subject spending bills to reign in wasteful government spending and restore fiscal sanity. I look forward to working with the incoming Trump administration to do just that come January 20.”
