Fulcher Joins Natural Resources Chairman Bruce Westerman In Louisiana 

WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Monday, August 5, U.S. Congressman Russ Fulcher joined Natural Resources Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.), U.S. Rep. Garret Graves (R-La.), and several other congressional members at a field hearing in Louisiana to hear from local leaders on the critical energy role Louisiana plays nationally and how Congress can help streamline the cumbersome permitting process.

"This administration has a bankrupt U.S. energy strategy.
