During the June 25th Water, Oceans, and Wildlife Legislative Hearing, Congressman Russ Fulcher discussed his bill, the Aquifer Recharge Flexibility Act (H.R. 2871). This Act will empower state-led, funded, and managed decision makers to partner with Idahoans in reducing federal red tape to preserve our water resources in Idaho.
